Index Provider Relationship Analyst
The Index Provider Relationship Analyst supports strategic external partnerships and internal business processes through governance, analytics, oversight, and execution support. This role helps improve decision-making, strengthen operational discipline, and enable effective management of vendor relationships, commercial activities, and enterprise priorities.
Governance, Oversight & Analytics
• Maintain and enhance a centralized source of truth for partner, contract, performance, and relationship data.
• Use approved digital tools to support data gathering, trend identification, reporting, and documentation.
• Lead scorecard and performance review processes, including stakeholder feedback collection, service assessment, and leadership reporting; support development of governance frameworks, escalation protocols, and monitoring practices.
Relationship & Meeting Support
• Support day-to-day interactions with external partners and internal stakeholders on operational questions, information requests, and issue management.
• Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, summaries, and action-item tracking using approved source content and tools.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and following up on recurring and senior-level meetings.
Commercial & Operational Support
• Provide analytical and execution support for contract renewals, business reviews, and commercial planning activities.
• Track key commercial terms, milestones, and renewal timelines.
• Support cost, value, and risk analysis to inform decisions.
• Maintain structured processes and documentation for partner oversight and renewal activities.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Risk, Data, and other teams to ensure alignment across contractual, operational, and governance considerations.
Cross-Functional Partnership & Business Enablement
• Partner with internal stakeholders across business, operations, risk, data, and product-related teams to capture needs, feedback, and priorities.
• Support consistent workflows for requirements gathering, issue triage, status reporting, and documentation.
• Help align external partnership activities with broader business objectives, initiatives, and delivery processes.
• Support evaluation of alternative partners, solutions, or capabilities to improve optionality, diversification, and resilience.
• Follow enterprise guidelines for responsible use of technology, privacy, records management, and information handling while maintaining accuracy and appropriate documentation.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Strong business acumen with an interest in strategic partnerships, governance, and operational effectiveness.
• Demonstrated ability to produce clear, concise, executive-level communication.
• Analytical mindset with experience synthesizing qualitative and quantitative information into actionable insights.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, relationship-oriented approach with confidence engaging internal and external partners.
• Proficiency with data, reporting tools, and structured documentation processes.
